FORTRESS Ingredients: Organic Essential Oils of Rosemary var. Cineole (Rosemarinus Officinalis), Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis), Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata), Oregano (Origanum vulgare L), and Melissa Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), in a base of Organic Coconut MCT Oil (33.3% dilution).
Suggested use: 1-3 drops in water, tea or honey, on the chest, throat, stomach, or soles of the feet. Inhale deeply, and remember you are safe, strong, and supported. May also be diffused.*
